Heifers / Breeding Cows & Calves For Sale

Females are always available at Tetton Farm. As they are on a grass based system many have been sold to farms converting to organic status. Our low input cows rear their calves with no supplements or creep feed. In fact the cows are on a 50 % straw diet in the winter so they don't get too fat.

As our business has many other aspects, we only keep the most fertile cows. Anything that is not in calf at scanning or late calving goes barren. This simple procedure means we are continually building fertility into our herd, which must be good long term.
